FOR MINOR INJURIES: 1. Report all injuries to your Crew Leader immediately, including completion of a Salmon Card.
2. Salmon Cards are to be passed up the chain of command ASAP.
3. The Crew Leader and a qualified First Aider should assess the injury and decide how it should be managed.
4. First AIDERS are on hand ONLINE for minor treatments.
FOR MAJOR INJURIES: IN AN EMERGENCY CALL 000 1. Assess the situation and ensure all personnel are safe from further injury. 2. First Aider to provide assistance as necessary. 3. Contact your Crew Leader and provide them with the details of the incident. 4. Critical information required: The nature of the injury The condition of the patient (Conscious / Unconscious) The location (Track Name / Grid Reference) The name of the person coordinating at the scene Do Not Use the Name of the Injured Person on Conventional Radio 5. Crew Leader to inform who passes information up the chain of command. 6. As the Coordinator of the response to all major injuries, Ambulance Victoria will arrange for the transportation and treatment of the patient with the assistance of Swifts Creek DELWP management. 7. All injuries are to be reported to your crew leader immediately, including completion of a Salmon Card.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
